Sparkling Holiday Sangria
Prep: 5 minutes plus chilling • Serves: 8
8 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 lemon, sliced
2 cups cranberry-pomegranate juice
1/2 cup pomegranate arils
3 cans (12 ounces each) cranberry-lime hard seltzer, chilled
1.In large pitcher, stir wine, rosemary, lemon, juice and arils; cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
2.Just before serving, stir in seltzer; serve over ice. Makes about 8 cups.
