Black and Blue Steak Foil Packs

1 package (8 ounces) sliced baby bella mushrooms
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
2 tablespoons Food Club Unsalted Butter, melted
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1. Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat; cut 4 (12-inch-square) sheets aluminum foil.
2. In large bowl, toss steak, mushrooms, garlic, pepper, red onion, butter and seasoning; divide onto center of foil sheets. For each pack, bring 2 edges of foil up over steak mixture and fold to seal; fold sides of foil to seal. Place packs, seal side up, on hot grill rack; cover and cook 10 minutes or until internal temperature of steak reaches 135° for medium-rare.
3. Carefully cut packs open with kitchen scissors; sprinkle steak mixture with cheese and green onions.
