Cheeseburger-Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

Grill: 35 minutes • Serves: 6

1-1/2 pounds ground beef
6 slices Food Club American Singles, chopped
1-1/2 tablespoons hamburger seasoning
Food Club Non-Stick Vegetable Oil Cooking Spray
6 large portobello mushrooms, stems removed
6 thin slices red onion
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
1/4 cup Food Club Bread & Butter Chips
3 tablespoons Food Club Real Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Food Club Tomato Ketchup
3 tablespoons Food Club Yellow Mustard

1.Prepare outdoor grill for indirect grilling over medium-high heat. In large bowl, gently mix beef, cheese and seasoning until just combined; do not overmix. Spray both sides of mushrooms with cooking spray; fill with beef mixture.

2.Place mushrooms, beef side up, on hot grill rack over unlit side of grill; cover and cook 30 minutes. Transfer mushrooms to lit side of grill; cover and cook 5 minutes or until internal temperature of filling reaches 160°. Serve mushrooms topped with tomato, onion and lettuce along with pickle chips, mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard.
