Cheeseburger Tacos

Cook: 9 minutes • Serves: 4

Nonstick cooking spray
1 pound 80% lean ground beef
1 small white onion, chopped
3 tablespoons Food Club Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup Food Club Ketchup
1/4 cup Food Club Mayonnaise
8 Food Club Taco Shells
4 slices American cheese, halved
2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
2 Roma tomatoes, chopped

1.Heat large skillet over medium-high heat; spray with cooking spray. Add beef and cook 5 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring frequently; carefully drain off fat. Add onion, Worcestershire sauce and pepper; cook 4 minutes or until beef is browned, stirring frequently. Makes about 2 cups.

2.In small bowl, whisk ketchup and mayonnaise until smooth.

3.Fill taco shells with beef mixture, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and ketchup mixture.
