Shaved Brussels Sprouts Caesar Salad

3 refrigerated hard-cooked Fresh Harvest Eggs, chopped
1/2 cup drained and rinsed low sodium garbanzo beans
1/2 cup Food Club Caesar Dressing
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/4 teaspoon Food Club Ground Black Pepper
3 tablespoons grated Food Club Parmesan Cheese
1 cup whole-grain croutons
6 lemon wedges
1. In large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts, eggs, garbanzo beans, dressing, onion and pepper. Makes about 8 cups.
2. Serve salad topped with cheese, croutons and lemon wedges.
