Jucy Lucy Burgers

Prep: 10 minutes
Grill: 10 minutes • Serves: 4

1-1/2 pounds ground chuck
2 tablespoons Food Club® Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon Food Club® Black Pepper
4 Food Club® Deluxe American Cheese Slices, quartered
Food Club® Original Non-Stick Cooking Spray
4 Fresh Harvest™ Hamburger Buns
8 Food Club® Kosher Dill Sandwich Slices, halved crosswise
4 tomato slices
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1. Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium heat. In medium bowl, gently mix ground chuck, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; do not overmix. Divide into 8 equal-size pieces; flatten into 1/4-inch-thick patties. Stack 4 pieces of cheese in center of 4 patties; top with remaining 4 patties and pinch edges of patties together to seal. Use hands to shape into burgers; make shallow indentation in center of each burger. Spray with cooking spray.

2. Place burgers on hot grill rack; cover and cook 10 minutes or until internal temperature of burgers and cheese reaches 160°, turning once. During last minute of cooking, place buns, cut side down, on hot grill rack; cover and cook 1 minute or until toasted.

3. Serve burgers in buns topped with pickles, tomato and lettuce. Makes 4 burgers.
